With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Coach Green has an impressive background that includes time as a Marine, teacher, and high school sports coach. What is Semi-Private Training?
This program blends personal training with the motivating environment of group classes, with up to 12 participants per session. This unique setup ensures personalized coaching in a collaborative, supportive group.
Each member starts with a comprehensive Precision Fitness assessment to personalize both nutritional guidance and MuscleMax HIIT programming. This individualized approach means every participant can maximize their progress while benefiting from the team dynamics that motivate everyone to excel.
