With over 25 years in the fitness industry, he has worn many hats—from teacher and high school sports coach to a dedicated Marine. His extensive academic and real-world experiences form the foundation of Shred2Fit’s unique training philosophy. Coach Green emphasizes the importance of sports psychology, focusing not only on physical training but also on enhancing the mental strength of every individual.

This unique program merges personal training with the high-energy atmosphere of group classes. Each session hosts up to 12 participants, striking a perfect balance between individualized attention and the motivating dynamic of a group setting.

Every participant begins with a comprehensive Precision Fitness assessment, which helps customize both their nutritional and MuscleMax HIIT training programs to their specific needs and goals. This personalized approach ensures that everyone receives the guidance and support necessary to maximize their progress while benefiting from the collective energy and camaraderie that drives everyone to perform at their best.

  • Frequency: Recommended 5 times per week
