At Shred2Fit, we empower individuals to reach their fullest fitness potential through expert coaching and science-backed training. Coach Tracy Green, PhD, a former Marine, teacher, and high school sports coach, brings over 25 years of experience in fitness and sports psychology. His philosophy?
