This inclusive, hands-on session is open to everyone—all ages, all genders. Learn how to address pelvic floor dysfunction and low back pain, improve core strength, and leave feeling empowered to move more freely in your everyday life.

  • Pelvic Floor Health: Learn how pelvic floor dysfunction can affect both men and women and how exercise can help improve pelvic health.

  • Low Back Pain Relief: Address and reduce low back pain with proper exercises and form.

  • Leaking When Jumping or Exercising: Understand why this happens and how strengthening your pelvic floor can prevent leakage.

  • Core Engagement: Master core engagement techniques to improve posture, mobility, and overall strength.

  • Overall Wellness: Learn how to move better and feel stronger through practical exercises aimed at enhancing long-term health and fitness.

Vanessa Cornwell-Chiu, PT, DPT, OCS
Vanessa is a physical therapist from Imua Physical Therapy with extensive experience in pelvic floor health, low back pain, and movement dysfunctions. She brings a wealth of knowledge and practical solutions to help you strengthen your body and improve your fitness.
