3. If they are invited to stay on as a Hardbody member, you will receive *1 FREE Month! If they choose the Optimum membership, you will receive the Optimum Membership value off your HardbodyX Membership.

Terms and Conditions
Shred2Fit referral reward offer valid for existing Shred2Fit members who successfully refer a customer that is not a current or past client of Shred2Fit, and that customer fulfills the conditions stated in their promotion.
Shred2Fit reserves the right to either decline to grant the referral promotion or to claw back any credit, cash or item paid to the referring member or the guest that has joined through the referral promotion, in the event that Shred2Fit determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms in connection with the referral program or the referred customer’s Shred2Fit account. Intro Offers are not eligible for the referral program benefit. Limit one offer per qualified referral with a maximum of one account per referred client. Referral reward will be credited to the enrolled account within approximately 30 days after the reward is claimed, though this timeline may be delayed in Shred2Fit’s sole discretion if, for example, Shred2Fit determines that there is indicia of fraud or a violation of these Terms. Shred2Fit cannot provide information about someone else’s account or application status.
Shred2Fit reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers and is available to U.S. residents only. “Free month” or any other monetary or time based rewards have no cash value upon the termination of a members account. No refunds or other monetary or time compensation will be issued at any time for any reason. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with Shred2Fit or a Shred2Fit affiliate; members of their household; and employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange are not eligible. Shred2Fit may decline requests to enroll in the offer at its discretion. The offer is only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial or corporate account purposes.
