• UOA Agility Max Strength-Girls Middle School/High School

Exclusively for middle school and high school girls, this high-energy class develops explosive strength, speed, and coordination through targeted agility drills. Designed to help young female athletes excel in any sport with confidence!

 UOA Agility Max Strength-Boys Middle School/High School

Exclusively for middle school and high school boys, this high-energy class focuses on explosive strength and agility drills to boost speed, power, and coordination. Perfect for young male athletes ready to excel in any sport!

UOA Mini Movers Ages 5-7 years old

A fun, dynamic class for young athletes ages 5-7! Mini Movers builds foundational skills in coordination, balance, and movement through engaging games and activities. Perfect for energetic kids, this class fosters confidence, teamwork, and a love for fitness in a playful setting!

  • Booking: Please book classes through our Mindbody app or website at least 1 hour prior to class time.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours prior to class to avoid a $12 late cancellation fee.

  • Registration: Ensure you register under the athlete's name (not the parent).

  • Contract Cancellation: To cancel this contract, please email info@s2f1team.com. A 30-day or 1 billing cycle notice is required.
